Millwall signed Macaulay Langstaff earlier this week and are still working to secure a deal for Japhet Tanganga.
The club is actively seeking two new goalkeepers this summer following the tragic passing of Matija Sarkic, who was just 26 years old. Bartosz Bialkowski, the previous No.2 goalkeeper, departed the club at the end of last season after his contract ended. Currently, Connal Trueman, the only senior goalkeeper left, is facing a spell on the sidelines due to an ankle injury.
Millwall head coach Neil Harris is also focusing on strengthening other areas of the squad. The acquisition of Notts County striker Macaulay Langstaff was confirmed on Monday for a six-figure fee.
Japhet Tanganga, the former Tottenham defender who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Millwall, remains a target. Although Tanganga has been released by Tottenham and is now a free agent, Millwall is still in negotiations to secure his services on a permanent deal, following an agreement in principle made in May that included add-ons.
