On Wednesday, EA Sports released its list of the top 100 players in the highly anticipated “College Football 25” video game. Michigan football fans have plenty to celebrate, as their standout cornerback, Will Johnson, has been crowned the top-ranked player in the entire game. Johnson boasts an impressive 96 overall rating, solidifying his reputation as one of college football’s elite talents.

The Wolverines’ presence in the top rankings doesn’t stop with Johnson and Graham. Three other Michigan players have made it into the top 55 overall:

Colston Loveland: The highest-ranked offensive player for Michigan, Loveland holds a 92 rating and ranks 33rd overall.
Kenneth Grant: With a rating of 91, Grant stands at 55th overall.
Donovan Edwards: Also rated 91, Edwards is positioned at 49th overall.

Michigan Basketball Announces Non-Conference Schedule

In other Michigan sports news, the Wolverines have unveiled additional games for their 2024-25 basketball schedule. New head coach Dusty May will make his debut on November 4th with a season opener against Cleveland State at Crisler Center. The announcement includes two more non-conference matchups:

Purdue Fort-Wayne: Scheduled for December 22nd.
Western Kentucky: Set for December 29th.

Additionally, Michigan basketball has revealed its opponent for the first round of the Fort-Wayne Tip-off Event. The Wolverines will face Virginia Tech on November 25th, with a subsequent game against either Xavier or South Carolina on November 27th.
