Gardoș, born on October 29, 1988, in Satu Mare, Romania, began his professional career with Concordia Chiajna in 2006. He made a significant move to FCSB in 2010, where he played until 2014, before transferring to Southampton FC in the English Premier League. After his tenure in England, Gardoș returned to Romania, joining Universitatea Craiova in 2018.
