Max Verstappen remains frustrated by the community service order he received for using an F-bomb, stating that it “shouldn’t” be happening. Verstappen was called before the stewards at the Marina Bay circuit for violating the International Sporting Code after swearing during the Thursday FIA press conference.

Max Verstappen has been instructed to complete a day of public service after using the word “f***ed,” just hours after FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem urged drivers to avoid foul language. While the specifics of his public service remain unclear, it’s evident that Verstappen is not happy about the situation.

During a recent sim session with Team Redline, Verstappen was asked if swearing was allowed on the stream, highlighting his frustration with the order.

Max Verstappen quickly joked, “No! You’ll get community service!” when asked during a sim session if swearing was allowed. When Luke Crane inquired what he thought the community service should be for swearing, Verstappen responded, “Realistically, it shouldn’t be anything.”

However, after dropping another F-bomb during the stream, Crane playfully asked him to “calm your language down a touch please.” Verstappen responded with, “I’m going to send it to HR. Wait one second,” to which Crane quipped, “The FIA are watching,” and Verstappen added, “The FBI as well,” with Crane ending the exchange with, “Hope they step on some Lego.”

For Max Verstappen, the immediate focus is likely to remain on maintaining his dominant position in Formula 1 as he chases further race victories and titles. Having already secured multiple championships, Verstappen is set on continuing his success with Red Bull Racing. As for the community service penalty imposed by the FIA, the details of what it will involve remain unclear, but it doesn’t seem to be something Verstappen is particularly concerned about. He’s expressed his frustration with the situation but made it clear he won’t let it distract him from his racing ambitions.

Looking ahead, Verstappen will likely keep pushing to break records, refine his driving skills, and solidify his legacy as one of the sport’s all-time greats. Fans and critics alike will be eager to see how he handles both the on-track challenges and the off-track controversies that come with his fame.

Ralf Schumacher believes this recent penalty could be a tipping point for Max Verstappen, who has previously hinted that “these kinds of things definitely decide my future.” The constant scrutiny and frustrations, such as the FIA’s punishment for swearing, may influence Verstappen’s long-term decisions regarding his career in Formula 1. While Verstappen remains focused on racing, the ongoing challenges off the track could potentially push him to reconsider how long he stays in the sport.
