Coventry City fans can now share their birthday and celebration messages for display on the scoreboard at the Coventry Building Society Arena ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 season. Additionally, supporters can submit messages and photos for the pre-season fixtures against Everton on July 30th and Werder Bremen on August 3rd. These messages will appear on the scoreboard before kickoff and at halftime.

To submit a message, fans should email birthdays@ccfc.co.uk with the specific message they wish to display, along with details of the match it is intended for. Photos can also be included in the email.

There are specific deadlines for submitting messages based on the day of the game:
– For Friday games, requests must be made by 5pm on the preceding Wednesday.
– For Saturday or Sunday games, requests must be made by 5pm on the preceding Thursday.
– For Tuesday or Wednesday games, requests must be made by midday on the preceding Monday.

After the deadline passes, fans will receive confirmation of their message request and the scheduled display time. Requests made after the deadline will not be accommodated.

Coventry City will also announce details soon for two Matchday Memorial fixtures, honoring fans who have passed away.
