A longstanding supporter of Charlton Athletic, Axis Europe, led by Chairman and Chief Executive John Hayes, has reaffirmed their commitment for the 2024/25 season. This means Axis’ distinctive branding will continue to feature prominently at The Valley, including on the players’ tunnel, home and away dugouts, and the control tower.

Axis Europe, based in London, is renowned for its excellence in building repairs, planned maintenance, and property improvements, serving some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords, and facilities managers across various sectors.

In addition to their branding, the Axis Foundation, supported by Charlton legend Alan Curbishley and chaired by former Charlton Athletic CEO Peter Varney, will also be prominently featured at The Valley next season. The Foundation focuses on funding local initiatives that benefit underprivileged, disadvantaged, and vulnerable individuals, including those with disabilities.

Speaking at a recent event at The Valley, John Hayes expressed his delight at continuing their support for Charlton Athletic. He highlighted the strong ties between Axis Europe, the Axis Foundation, the club, and the Charlton Athletic Community Trust. Hayes also noted the positive direction of the club under the leadership of Charlie Methven and Nathan Jones, noting a shared optimism and renewed positivity.

As part of the renewed partnership, Charlton Athletic stands to earn a significant sum of 25 million euros, emphasizing Axis Europe’s substantial investment in the club’s future and community initiatives.
