Ross, who joined Charlton in 2021, has been a pivotal figure in the team’s midfield, contributing significantly with 24 appearances during the 2023/24 campaign.

Reflecting on her decision to recommit to the club, Ross highlighted the team’s progress in the league and their ambitious project. N’Dow, who previously spent nine years at Aston Villa, where she progressed from the academy to the first team and later had a loan spell at Coventry United, expressed her delight at extending her stay with Charlton. She stated, “It feels great to have signed a new contract with the club. Since I joined two seasons ago, I feel like we have built something good, and after coming so close last year, there is some unfinished business.”
